General Party Reminders

• Party Rooms and Seating: Party rooms are reserved for up to 1 hour, at the beginning of your party. Seating in party room is guaranteed for guests participating in the party only, adult seating in the party room is limited. However there is other seating available within the facility. Also, please remember that our Host/Hostesses sole responsibility is to the children.
• Outside Food & Drink: NO outside food or drink may be brought into the facility other than cake. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional menu items can be ordered for adult guests. We try to accommodate special needs to the best of our ability.
• Payment: All prices are plus NYS sales tax & 10% gratuity. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash or charge (Visa, M/C, Amex, & Discover) NO CHECKS.
