General Party Policies

• Booking: All parties must be booked greater than 48 hours in advance with a $50 non-refundable deposit made by credit card only, due at the time of booking. Deposits will carry over if rescheduled. A party rescheduled less than 48 hours from party date forfeits deposit. Lengths of individual parties listed next to each party are estimates only.
• Arrival: Please arrive on time. Every minute of your child's party is designated for fun, fun and more fun. If anyone arrives late, those minutes will be lost forever. Our Host/Hostesses entertain several parties throughout the day, your party time slot is not adjustable and we do reserve the right to cancel your party if you are more than 15 minutes late.
• Gratuity: A 10% automatic gratuity will be added for your convenience at the end of the party for your Host/Hostess.
